WHAT FIELDS OF STUDY DOES THE BAKWENA BURSARY COVER?

The Bakwena Platinum Corridor Concessionaire (Pty) Ltd (Bakwena) is inviting students to apply for their bursary programme, for the 2027 academic year.

Bursaries will be awarded for Undergraduate studies in ANY field, preferably for students residing within 6km of the Bakwena N1N4 route.

WHAT EXPENSES DOES THE BAKWENA BURSARY COVER?

The bursary will provide partial cover for tuition fees, up to the maximum value of R35 000, which will be paid directly to the institution.

Successful students will enter into a contract with Bakwena, which will reflect the terms of the bursary.

The bursary will be awarded for 1 year of study, renewable based on availability of funds and bursary holders satisfactory academic progress.
