The successful candidate will receive a monthly stipend of:

R4,500.00

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful trainee will assist with Student Support Services and bursary administration duties including:

• Handing out Department of Education bursary application forms.
• Issuing Schedules of Particulars to applicants.
• Explaining required supporting documents to students.
• Keeping records of students who have applied.
• Tracking submitted applications and supporting documents.
• Following up on returns from SSS-CC or NSFAS.
• Attending bursary meetings.
• Making copies of documents required for bursary administration.
• Processing student transport and accommodation claims for submission.
• Keeping records of transport and accommodation claims.
• Checking that all application fields are completed.
• Checking that all required supporting documents have been submitted.
• Informing students of submission deadlines.

Required Application Documents

Applicants must complete the New Z83 form effective from 01 January 2021.

The application must be accompanied by:

• Comprehensive CV.
• Three contactable references with email addresses.
• Original certified academic record or transcript.
• Original certified copy of Matric certificate.
• Original certified copies of N4-N6 certificates.
• Original certified copy of ID, both sides.

Certification must not be older than six months.

Applicants who use the old Z83 form may be disqualified.
